Philosophy
Community first!
The founding principles of the organisation are that we are not rescuers, fixers, or saviours. If at all, we are catalysts. We design our programs with systems, structures, and pedagogy that are robust yet flexible, centering the needs of the community. We believe people know what is best for them; their priorities may differ, so we try to bridge the gap between the giver and receiver aiming to blur the difference one day, with flexible knowledge systems that cater to the needs of the bottom yet serve the purpose and good intention of the donor and well-wishers for a just civilised humane society that can collaborate and empathise with each other.
